Born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Mississippi State University and has earned an impressive six designations and certifications in real estate including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), among others. This solid educational foundation allows her to serve clients with a deep well of knowledge and skill.

Emmy is passionate about giving back to the community, and volunteers at multiple organizations including the Metro Animal Shelter, Reading Allies, West AL Food Bank, Druid City Pride, Tuscaloosa Angels, and the United Way of West Alabama. She is particularly committed to causes involving diversity, equity, inclusion, animal rights, and Alzheimer's awareness. Her active involvement in community services extends to being a co-chair for a new fundraiser with the Junior League of Tuscaloosa slated for 2023-2024, chairing the Service Committee with United Way Young Leaders Society, and participating in various committees within TAR (Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors).

Family is a cornerstone in Emmy's life. She's been happily married to Joe Pradat since 2021 and they are proud parents to their four fur babies: two dogs named Tua and Charlie and two cats, El and Flo. Outside of work and family, Emmy has a diverse array of interests ranging from rock climbing and cooking to spending quality time outdoors.

In her real estate practice, Emmy places a high value on client communication. She loves meeting new people and being a steadfast support during significant life transitions, like buying or selling a home. One of her primary goals is to offer clients an exceptional experience by being a consistent and reliable resource every step of the way.
