Starting from her visits to make sure house is in a good condition to be listed, through good pricing to sell, also she managed mail advertisement and open house
All mentioned factors resulted in getting an offer on our 2nd day of listing

This was our first time purchasing a home in an unprecedented market that has been extremely competitive. Our goal was to find a relator who had experience, professional, and patience that will help us first time buyers find the house of our dreams. We heard of Mrs Gaied from others who had worked with her, who also witnessed all of these attributes.

Mrs Gaied had the challenge of helping us find a home within the 5 mile radius that we had asked for. She went with my wife to every showing over the past several months and got us viewings to showing as soon as we asked for them. To add to this, I was long distance and Mrs. Gaied was very consciousness of keeping me and my wife in the loop at all times. We saw over 15 houses within several weeks, however we only fell in love with one house. It was the only offer we placed and we knew this offer had to be done perfectly, on a house that had a new reduced listing price the following day. We had to act fast, professional and make the deal that would provide us the offer. For Magy and I, we had zero experience in purchasing a home. We relied on Mrs Gaied to help us and she showed us different possibilities to make our deal stand out with going above asking. We were able to purchase our house much less than the initial asking price using some of the tips and tricks Mrs Gaied showed us, as well as really helping us nail the perfect timing for our deal was imperative. One of my favorite things about working with Mrs Gaied, was that she never tried selling us a house. She always allowed the houses we saw sell themselves. She provided us strictly with objective feedback including many details we had not noticed or thought of. One of the biggest things Mrs. Gaied did was providing us with the perfect comp which was difficult in our scenario as we had a unique property in a unique location. This allowed us to be confident in the appraisal guarantee in our offer. The bank appraiser used the same exact houses that she had used for her COMP. She helped us close within two weeks of our offer. Everything was smooth even until the last signature on closing day. My wife and I were driving home after closing and we discussed how we started the process of purchasing a home extremely stressed, but as we got to work more and more with Mrs. Gaied we felt much more at ease knowing Mrs. Gaied was taking care of us at all times.

We have no reservations about Mrs. Gaied and have already recommended her to many friends and family. Everything incredible we had heard about Mrs. Gaied was true and actual even surpassed our expectations. We are incredibly thankful for Mrs Gaied and all her hard work with us over the past several months. World class in all of her dealings and will use her for all of our real estate in the future as well as absolutely recommending her to anyone who is looking. Thank you Mrs. Gaied!
