Eric was a phenomenal and personable agent and did an awesome job in helping me acquire a house I never thought I would have a chance at getting. Originally I was looking for homes on my own and was quickly becoming frustrated with the sellers agents of homes I was looking at. I decided to get my own agent at that point and it turned out to be Eric. He immediately contacted me and told me to get a list of homes I was interested in and he would take me touring immediately. I came up with a list of 6 homes, got back to him and he said lets go tomorrow if you are able because houses on the market were going quickly. At the first home I mentioned I saw one that was kind of a dream home in the area I grew up in. I mentioned that I didn't want to look at it because it was already at the high end of my price range and I was afraid that once the listing opened it would end up way out of my price range when offers began coming in. It was a perfect house for me and ready to move right in! He encouraged me to look at it because "you never know" and if anything you can use that to compare against others for what you are looking for. and want. I said no, I didn't want to waste his or mine time and get my hopes up should I really like it and want to put in an offer which I knew would probably me not be competitive. He did convince me to at least look at it and immediately had a time set mixed in with the rest of my visits for that day. We toured that house and sure enough it was the one I really wanted. In all we looked at 7 houses and with each one he was very informative, helped me with comparisons and what he felt would be my ideal needs and pointed out areas that could be concerns but also positives. At the end of the day I had it narrowed down to two houses and then the "dream home". He advised me to put a firm offer down on the one I wanted which was more realistic for me a conservative offer on the second and on the dream home he encouraged me to still put in an offer at my limits if I really wanted it. "Because you just never know". In the meantime he connected with the sellers agent learned more about the house, and further personalized the experience to make my offer look more attractive. In the end my offer was accepted! It was quite a surprise. Now today I am writing this review form my new home and it is because of Eric's persistence and work ethic that I am able to do so. Throughout the process he constantly kept in touch. He kept encouraging me, seeing how things were going, provided advice and when it was all over and finalized he seemed happier that I got the house than I did! Eric is very personable, goes the extra mile, seems to have an intuitive sense on a customers needs and wants in a home. He also is not afraid to voice an opinion if he thinks that it will benefit his client even if it might be contrary to the clients original ideas. He makes you think and process and not jump blindly and rush. He is very honest and is looking out for you. Had he not been looking out for me, encouraging and professional I would not be living in a home I originally thought not to be possible.

The best real estate agent I have ever worked with! Very professional, experienced, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the current market conditions. Eric made selling an older house a breeze, which is not always easy. He really cares about his clients and he was extremely helpful, transparent and reliable through the whole process! I felt he really took time to understand our house, the situation we were in with having 2 dogs, it was like having a friend on the inside. I would highly recommend Eric Cummings!

I knew I wanted to get a home, but for years, it was something I kept thinking about and not acting on. When I met Eric he helped me answer the questions I had. As a 1st time home buyer, I had so much doubt and was scared to make this big move. He made the process seem easy, he was available and worked hard to make sure I find something that I like. 2 weeks later, I found a home and made an offer. I never thought finding would be this easy, but it helps when you have an agent who is dedicated to helping you find your next home that suits your needs. I would recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for a home, you will not regret it.
