About Eric

Eric Davis is Co-Owner and Managing Broker for Best Flagstaff Homes Realty. He has lived his entire life in Flagstaff. He started his professional career working for New England Business Services, Inc. NEBS. During his 15 year career there Eric obtained his degree in Business Management and was a Corporate Trainer. Desiring a change, Eric made the decision to pursue real estate and obtained his license in November 2004. Together with Jessica Garard they formed Best Flagstaff Homes Realty in the summer of 2021.

Eric is a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE). He has developed a passion for navigating the ever changing world of real estate for his Buyers and Sellers. His passions outside of real estate involve spending time with his wife, four kids and granddaughter. He is obsessed with riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, especially on the many scenic highways in Arizona, Utah and Colorado. Make sure to ask him about his epic motorcycle trip with his wife Lori to Yellowstone and Glacier National parks in 2023. He also enjoys camping, hunting, and fishing.

Volunteering is one of the many ways Eric loves to give back to his community. He was one of the first citizens to serve as a commissioner on the Housing Commission with the City of Flagstaff. He is very passionate about donating blood and sponsors four blood drives a year for Vitalant, the main supplier of blood for our mountain town.

Eric serves clients in the Flagstaff and Williams areas.
