Eric Edwards was a fantastic realtor, he was fast to look at our newly purchased home, took time out his day to do it virtual because I’m a military member stationed 6 1/2 hours away! After the walk through myself and the wife drove down to see it in person, made the negotiations to purchase home. Wife was afraid to make the purchase over the internet, but Eric made that a possibility for us. Wish i could give him more then 5* but i highly recommend him and his company and if and when we decide to sell after my tenure in Virginia and the military we will be contacting Iron Valley Realestate to represent us.

Eric Edwards went above and beyond during our home buying process. My husband was deployed in South Korea at the time (2020 fresh into Covid) and I was new to the Hampton roads area. He provided long nights so we could all stay on the same page being in different time zones. He used his military background to empathize with us, giving us the time we needed. He never pushed. He put our wants and needs into account and didn’t stop there. His flexibility was unmatched and he let me harass him at all hours of the day with unnecessary questions. He even managed to get our closing date bumped to the perfect time upon my husbands arrival home.
He also checked on us to see how we were settling into our new home for months & he enjoyed watching us change it into ours.
He was a 12/10 in meeting our needs, friendliest, most genuine realtors we came across and when we are ready to buy again he will be our go to guy.
