Once his clients have successfully relocated to their new home or have sold their property at a satisfactory price, Eric’s instructional approach to real estate has led many of his clients to further pursue profits and deal independently within the real estate market. Considering customers concerns first and foremost, Eric has always been able to establish good working relationships with his clients:

“You know, you need to have a good time with this process…looking for a new home should be a fun experience for buyers not stressful. I feel I have the type of personality that helps my clients get comfortable. I treat clients how I would like to be treated in a similar situation.”

A native of Hazleton, Eric serves the Hazleton Area and represents buyers and sellers of homes in Freeland, homes in Weatherly, homes in Drums, homes in Dorrance, homes in Conyngham Mountain Top, Hazleton and other nearby areas.

Eric affably remembers his first sale to a couple in Charlwood Estates – a quick sale, the couple purchased the first house Eric had shown them. “I thought this was the easiest job ever!” he says, laughing. Of course, Eric learned quickly that not every sale and showing goes this smoothly; with that said, there’s not a single realtor willing to work as hard as Eric to make sure his customers receive the service they expect and deserve.

When he’s not working, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He also enjoys playing golf and is a member of the Valley Country Club.
