Eric has done an amazing job of marketing and selling my mom's home during a very stressful time in our family's lives. I've never had a better home selling experience and would highly recommend him to anyone in the area. He also did a fantastic job of linking us up with additional services that we needed to get the house ready for sale, such as estate sale companies, cleaners, lawn care, plumbing, sewer, and pest services. Eric truly cares about his clients and treats them with respect and dignity at all times. I can't say enough good things about this one in a million realtor!

Eric is absolutely the best to work with. He was my second realtor and did not disappoint. Eric works extremely hard and is very knowledgeable about all areas in greater Chicagoland. Not only that, his knowledge of homes, structurally and what you are getting into for me was fantastic. Most relators want you to buy a house. Eric wants you to buy the right house and will advise you on that, its not just a sale to Eric.
