He is a lifelong Oregonian who loves it there. His wife and he live in Lake Oswego with their three sons. He turned his passion for real estate into a full time career.
Real estate thrills him. He really enjoys the hunt for the perfect house. Opening doors for buyers is always exciting to see if this house could be the one! It is the thrill of the hunt, and the victory of getting his buyer into the house they have been hoping to find. There are so many ways to find a house, and he enjoys looking through old listings or reaching out to his network to see if they can’t find the perfect house that might not be on the market at the moment. He is able to use his relationships and the RMLS search tool to track the right one down.
Creatively finding the home is only the first step. Bringing buyers and sellers together is also a joy of his. He enjoys making sure that sellers know that his buyers will take great care of their house for many more years to come. He likes creative and collaborative solutions where both sides are getting what they need from the sale. He likes people, homes, and Portland. The mix is somewhat unstoppable. He works with investors, first time buyers, move-up buyers, distressed sellers, and standard sellers. This broad spectrum of clients means he has seen it all.
Buying and selling homes can be stressful. However, he has an awful lot of fun making sure that the client does not worry about the process. He has that completely managed. Arming you with information and knowledge about what you can expect will only make this journey more comfortable. The client’s job is to be learning about your new neighborhood, new house, and how we will make this become a winning situation.
If you are in the market for a change of location, investment home, new lifestyle, or just curious about what is out there in your neighborhood, give him a call.
It is thrilling to open those doors and see what is inside.
When he’s not selling houses, you can find him on the soccer field, in a park with his kids, or enjoying family and friends on the front porch.
