Eric is a 4th Generation Local Norwegian, German, Polish mix. His father’s side hails from the Island of Karmoy in the South of Norway. Following his grandfather and father into the commercial fishing industry, Eric spent 23 years on the waters of Washington and Alaska, fishing for salmon, cod, crab, and halibut.
He has two great kids, Tanner Jack, a graduate from Western Washington University and a daughter Celia Leon, a graduate from Whitworth University in Spokane, who will be attending University of New England to pursue a degree in Medicine.
Eric has been a full-time realtor® for 20 years and he can handle all types of real estate properties and transactions. He currently carries the Certified Residential Specialist Designation awarded to the top four percent of all Realtors®. He is a member of the National, State, and Local Whatcom County Realtor® Associations. Recipient of the Readers Choice Award for the Bellingham Business Journal in 2008 and in 2009 as well as a multi-year Chicago Title Insurance Company Top Producer.
Eric specializes in residential as well as commercial sales and leasing.
