Best͏ In The Biz

I went from looking at rentals to under contract to buy in four days thanks to Eric and this experience couldn’t have been better. If not for Eric, me and my family would be renting a house and paying someone else’s mortgage right now. He is an absolute professional. He goes above and beyond personally and professionally to find solutions and is now my life long realtor and the only one that I would recommend to friends or family. We were originally approved for far less than the market in Colorado would accommodate and almost lost hope until he put us in contact with one of his lenders and all hope was restored as we were qualified for far more in the market than we ever thought possible. He took personal responsibility to make sure safe standards were met on the house we bought and outlawed piping was replaced in the deal to ensure we wouldn’t have future problems with our dream home. He fought and executed at every step with the listing agent and seller to make sure everything was in place for the sale to go through. He covered costs at his own expense to make sure we were taken care of and met with us at hours that worked for us also at his own expense. True professionalism and honor to me which can be very hard to find these days. He gave us the advice and encouragement we needed in the midst of what can only be described as chaos for us. It couldn’t have been easier for us and there are no better hands to be in than Eric’s. If I could give him more than five stars I would.

The͏ guy just gets it!!!

Working͏ with Eric is amazing!!! He listens to your wants, needs and desires. Then he will provide valuable feedback from his many, many years of experience as an agent. There were a number of times I heard him say. Well I have seen this work out one way or another in the past. I mean it’s really why you want an experienced agent working with you. They have seen all the traps others have fallen into.

The next thing is Eric goes BIG!! It was so fun having that big old balloon, letting everyone know about my open house. He did such an amazing job guiding us to set the stage, hell I wanted to buy my house all over again 🤣

Eric was great to work with! He was always super knowledgeable about all the properties we saw and got us in to see every house we were interested in during this crazy time. I texted him at all hours requesting properties and Eric made it happen. I always hear how many offers people make to get a house, but with Eric’s experience and knowledge we got the exact house we wanted after only 2-3 weeks of looking. It was a win and we are so happy we choose Eric to be our realtor!!

Eric is a magician. In one of the most competitive markets in the nation, he managed to sell our townhome, push the closing date and get us post occupancy which allowed us to only have to move once.

Due to the pandemic, he actually had to sell our townhome twice because the original buyer lost their job. Through all the weird stuff we had happen to us, Eric was always there to walk us through it and tell us the honest truth on whatever the situation was, good or bad.

He continued his theme of his honest opinion on every house we looked at, although he would never encourage us to purchase a certain house nor tell us we shouldn't buy a home. Eric always made it clear he worked for us and was always available any time we needed him. I'll never forget the late night phone call we had when waiting for a late deadline to be accepted or rejected.

I would absolutely recommend Eric to anyone trying to buy or sell a home. We will always be appreciative of Eric helping us find our Forever home.

Eric was incredible to work with. He didn't try to make a sale but rather took the time to make sure the houses we were looking at were right for us. He really took the time to care for our family like we were his family. Everything about the process was easy. He had fantastic recommendations for who to work with on our home inspection and loan. He was very knowledgeable with any questions we asked and was always there for us whenever we needed. This was by far the easier and most enjoyable realtor experience we've ever had!

Eric was extremely easy to work with. He guided us every step of the way and made sure we stayed informed throughout the entire process.
