Eric sold our home for well above asking in a very timely manner. He had professional pictures taken, managed all of our showings, used his extensive network to build interest, and navigated through multiple offers to help us chose the best one for our situation.

We used him to buy as well. He was able to get us into showings quickly and made sure we got a great home! He negotiated with listing agents and proved to be highly skilled in the world of real estate by providing us access to his vast network of services that correspond to the sale and purchase of a home. It may have taken six months or more for my husband and I to find a home, (because I'm very particular) but Eric stayed with us the entire time! He was consistent and always followed up with us as soon as he could. Eric even had us look at homes that may not have been exactly what we were looking for but were in our price range. Taking that kind of step with us actually led us to our home we have now. I never would have considered the setup of the house we settled into. It meets our needs and has lots of potential for us to make it our own. We are very happy in the home Eric helped us choose. My husband and I were very impressed with Eric’s personality, sales talent and determination in finding that one special place for us to call home. Even though we had some minor setbacks on the sellers end, Eric came through for us and went out of his way to pay for something out of his own pocket to successfully complete our buyers satisfaction. He genuinely cares and wants nothing but the best for his clients. I would HIGHLY recommend Eric for anyone looking to purchase any home. He is friendly, personable and sincerely cares about his clients. He even introduced us to a lender who gave us a very good rate! We were very impressed with Eric and wouldn’t go with anyone else!
