Eric has lived in this area his entire life. A few years ago, while Eric and his wife were trying to sell their home in Chatham, he developed a fascination with real estate. Eric knew then it was time for a career change. So, he hit the books. After getting his license Eric interviewed with a few different real estate agencies in town. Eric knew when interviewed with The Real Estate Group that he had found the perfect place. If he was going to learn, why not learn from the best? Eric is proud to say that he quickly became one of the top selling independent agents in Central Illinois. Eric markets almost exclusively on social media and relies heavily on word-of-mouth and referrals. Eric has gotten to know so many amazing people and made so many real friends along the way.
