I purchased a bank foreclosure with Eric as my realtor January 2024. This process was difficult with multiple challenges and problems. Eric was diligent and persistent in working through the problems and was always available to answer questions.

One of the problems we encountered was the recording of the deed with the state. It took over a week from closing to happen. The VP with the title company said Eric was like a dog on a bone making sure this got done ASAP. He also was in contact with me daily keeping me informed.

Eric did a great job for me and I highly recommend him.
