Eric is phenomenal at what he does. He was in contact with me throughout the entire process. Buying a house can be a daunting, tedious process if not in capable hands. Luckily, Eric is effective, efficient and knows his stuff. I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking at buying or selling a house. He probably rescues puppies and feeds the homeless during his time off. He's that good of a dude. It also should be noted that every person he recommended, whether it was a home inspector, electrician, or lawyer, was extremely helpful as well. You will not find anyone better. If it were socially acceptable I'd give him 6 stars, but apparently we're governed by a 5 star regime created by Amazon and it doesn't look like that's going to change anytime soon.
