Eric Rice

Eric left the Midwestern Plains and came to the mountains of East Tennessee in 2005. For the past 6 years, he has dedicated himself to providing unparalleled service and market knowledge for LeConte Realty. In 2018, Eric received his Broker’s license and has since received designations as a GRI and ABR, as well as serving on both the Education and Grievance Committees for the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS®. Eric also manages the Property Management arm of LeConte Realty, a full-service management company serving rental owners in the area.

Eric has served on a variety of local boards, worked extensively in the Maryville City Schools, coached youth sports, and volunteered for a number of nonprofit organizations and his church. One of his favorite volunteer positions was as the race director for the Rebel Run, a fundraiser for the Maryville City Schools Foundation. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Blount Class of 2010…the best class ever.

Eric has earned a BS from Kansas State and an MS from the University of Tennessee. He and his wife Molly have been married for 25 years and have raised three fantastic kids. His hobbies include watching his kids play sports, running, and being a novice fly fisherman. Besides his family, Eric’s greatest asset is that while he takes his job seriously, he doesn’t take himself too seriously.
