Eric was an amazing realtor. While my wife and I were still in Japan we reached out to him to help us purchase a new home for our new family. He immediately setup a repository of potential houses for us. From there he did virtual tours with us through multiple houses. After two houses flopped on us through no fault of his, he was able to help us finally find our family home. He went above and beyond his duties as a realtor. He helped keep everyone on track to ensure we got everything we wanted. 100% RECOMMEND to anyone looking for a professional realtor to help gett their dream home.

Eric is the true definition of a go-getter and an exceptional realtor. We traveled across state lines and within a week, after countless hours researching and viewing properties, he found our home! He is very knowledgeable, especially in our case with a VA loan, and exceeds expectations. He met every deadline, ensured proper follow through, managed obstacles with ease, and is well connected that his job seems effortless. He is also a family man and very personable.
