Eric was recommended to me by my accountant, who had nothing but wonderful things to say about their home buying process with him! I figured there is no better person to listen to regarding my finances then the one I trust with all my financial decisions, right?!
She was totally right! He is GREAT 👍
Eric couldn't have made our home buying process any more smooth. They say buying a home may be one of the most stressful things you do but somehow he managed to make it seem almost effortless! He answered all of my questions with ease, responded to my emails & phone calls almost imminently everytime, was very accommodating with our budget and managed to somehow find us a home with every checkmark on our must have list! He is not only professional but personable as well! Our forever home was on the market for less then 24 hours and had 2 other offers on it, Eric worked his magic and our offer was accepted!!! The home inspector was in and out with in a few days time surprisingly as well so that helped speed up the process. Anddddd last but not least Eric had hired a professional cleaning company to come in and clean it all up for us too (I own a cleaning company and found the home left flawless)

What can I say about Eric. He is a patient and effective realtor. He worked with my husband and I for two and a half years while we purchased our first home. I am unique in my home buying experience. I have moved five times in four years between four states. I have own a house in Colorado and rented in four other states. I have used several realtors both for buying and renting houses. I can say without a doubt Eric provided the most helpful realtor services we've experienced. We had some challenging requirements with respect to price, home size, and lot size. Eric was very patient as we distilled our needs to the real priorities. He is a consummate professional and extremely knowledge throughout the entire process. We wanted to buy a house where we could do some improvements and really make the house our own. Eric's knowledge in remodeling houses and landscaping design was invaluable during the process. I would, and have recommended Eric to my closest friends.

Where to begin… Eric consistently went above and beyond what my husband and I expected of a realtor. Not only was he extremely knowledgable about Rochester real estate, but he also helped us rent our apartment and even gave tips on planning renovations to our new home. Eric was a wonderful realtor to work with as a first time home buyer. Although we were complete newbies looking at houses with a modest budget, Eric was very understanding and helped us understand the homebuyer process and other aspects of homeownership. Eric carefully showed us every house we were interested in throughout the area and thoughtfully shared the pros and cons of each house we visited. There was never any pressure to put in an offer, he just gives his honest opinion on the house we are looking at and how it would work with our situation. Without Eric, we would have likely boughten a house we thought was a 'bargain' but in reality had many problems. I highly recommended Eric to those looking for a realtor in the Rochester area.

I recently purchased an investment property, and Eric went above and beyond at every step of the process. He was very knowledgeable, and made sure every detail was covered before and after closing. His availability, and speed of response was amazing. I don’t think it was ever more than a few minutes before Eric called me back and was getting answers to my questions.
Eric also helped with lawyer and bank recommendations, all of which were good, and helped make the entire purchase process go smoothly.
Eric has a good sense of the current state of the market, and can help make educated and realistic recommendations on pricing and negotiations. As I move forward with additional investment purchases, I am very glad to have Eric in my corner.

I purchased my first home this month and I couldn't have done it without Eric's guidance and help. From our initial contact to the closing date Eric was very professional and friendly. Once we started the house hunting process he was very flexible and laid back during showings - I never felt like he was pressuring us to make a decision or trying to push us towards making an offer which was very much appreciated. As a first time buyer, he was also very willing to explain the whole process to me (many times) and keep me informed on what to expect. Once we settled on a house and made an offer he continued to share his knowledge and previous experiences with us - the whole process was a breeze! Eric was also always available to text or call any time of day which I found very helpful - there wasn't a single time that I called or texted him that he didn't either pick up or text me back right away. If you're buying a home in the Rochester area and you're looking for a knowledgeable and friendly agent, I highly recommend giving Eric a call!
