A lifelong Central Pa resident residing in Derry Township with his wife, son & rescue dog Faith. Eric has lived in Hershey, Hummelstown, Palmyra & Harrisburg giving him a first-hand experience in Central Pa. Eric has a long service background in several industries over two decades. Including 16 years of service in the Hotel business with the last 6.5 years owning & operating his own Motel Eric which shows he has always been an extremely hard-working individual. Four additional years of invaluable real estate experience developing, owning, managing & leasing a 12-unit townhouse complex. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and has been licensed since 2009 in Central PA.
