Eric was AMAZING! This was my first time buying a condo & he never pressured or rushed me. He always said to take my time & he will find the perfect condo for me with all of the amenities I was looking for. He was right he found me the perfect condo! I never realized how important of a job a real estate agent was until I needed to find a new home. My top wish was a townhouse, but I knew prices are up, and didn’t think it was going to be a reality . Eric did not stop, while continuing to remind me that the right place was out there for me when I was discouraged.
