Father of four boys, Austin, Beau, Colby, and Drake. They enjoy building forts, camping, hunting, fishing, golfing, and the lake. Eric, when not working, spends the majority of his time trying to keep his boys off their iPads and away from their computer games. They hang out a lot at their ranch in Bosque County. Eric is a native Texan, born and raised in Central Texas. He grew up hunting and fishing along the banks of the Middle Bosque. Although their homestead was only 20 acres, it was adjoined by several hundred untamed acres. This is where Eric found his love for the outdoors. Eric has had an active Texas Real Estate License since 1995. Within a few short years he started specializing in Land and Ranch sales and was soon the Top Producing agent for the local RE/MAX franchise. Eric received his Texas Real Estate Broker’s License in 2005 and has sold in excess of $100 million dollars in land sales. Eric started Legacy Land and Ranches so he could surround himself with the best people in the business. He wanted to create an environment where others who love land and want to specialize in farm and ranch real estate could work in community, share ideas, and take advantage of the opportunities that arise when working with other like-minded, highly motivated professionals. Although the challenge of running a company is exciting, it is also time consuming. Because of this. Eric has hired an incredibly capable support staff so he, and the other agents, can continue doing what they truly love, working with those that have a need and/or passion for buying and selling land. Eric loves the land he sells, the people he works with, and helping others achieve their dreams.
