Erica was amazing. My wife and I were first time home buyers and definitely nervous about the process. Erica went with us to multiple properties before ever making a single offer. She would always prep us ahead of time and was extremely detail oriented when it came to viewing the properties. I felt good the whole time because I knew Erica had all of our bases covered. Then we found a home we liked and went under contract. Erica was really a god send during this part of the process as she would go through all the documentation, contracts, addendas, etc with us line by line and explain it all in detail. This is all very overwhelming for the first time buyer but Erica had our backs and made time to answer all of our questions. She was forthcoming with all her recommendations and always gave us the full picture of what to expect. I will recommend Erica to all that I know who are considering purchasing a home. Erica Baker came highly recommended after speaking with my sales rep at Ryan Homes due to a bad experience with a prior real estate agent with a different real estate agency. Erica was professional, extremely motivated and went above and beyond to help me sell my house. She also eased my anxiety about selling my house of 28 years. She worked with me to stage the house and provided the necessary workers to make minor updates. I went from a bad experience for almost a month with the previous real estate agent from a different agency to working with Erica who sold my house in 3 days and over asking price. From the initial phone call all the way to when the keys were in-hand, Erica was incredibly patient with all of our questions; she provided tangible resources in addition to her professional opinion.
