Erica Cates

Erica is a Broker/Owner and lives in Parker County, along with her husband Chris. They have 4 children and a Sheepadoodle named CoCo. She spends a great deal of her time on Continuing Education because she loves learning and wants to become the best representative for her clients. When Erica is not working, she spends a lot of time outdoors – especially by the pool. Helping people buy and sell homes is a passion of hers. It is a very rewarding career, especially when she is fortunate enough to help first-time home buyers. Handing the keys to her clients after a successful closing is the highlight of Erica’s professional life.
