Erica was an absolute dream to work with! As a first time homebuyer, I was very nervous to begin the process, especially in the current market. Erica walked us through all of our options and helped us find the perfect home to bring our new baby girl home to! We couldn't be happier with our experience! I highly recommend Erica Dufford. Erica helped us buy a new home and sell our house. She was on top of the market, knew the current inventory conditions and pricing.
