Erica Franzel is a licensed REALTOR at RE/MAX Professionals. Erica serves the Denver Metro area, helping clients buy and sell their homes with the highest level of service.

Born and raised on Maui, Erica came to Colorado to attend college and has lived in Southwest Denver for almost 25 years. Prior to her career in real estate, Erica has worked as a corporate IT Project Manager and ran a small business with her husband. Erica has always had an interest in real estate, and began working at RE/MAX Professionals as part of the office staff to learn the business before making the decision to become a licensed agent. Erica is also the busy mom of three boys and enjoy attending their many activities, exercising, and traveling to new places.

For her, real estate is all about being able to help people. Erica loves being able to walk people through the complexities of buying or selling a home, making them comfortable throughout the process. Her skills as a project manager lend to her success, including acute attention to detail and strong communication.
