Erica has been great to work with. Her knowledge and know how got me into a fantastic home. She laid out all the details perfectly and I couldn’t of been happier with the purchase. When the time came to move on from that home, Erica took the wheel and steered us to a successful sale. Even when we hit a bump in the road that was out of our control she knew exactly what to do. I can speak from my experience that Erica’s patience and passion helped our home sale exceed my expectations. So let me start by saying how much of an exceptionally good person she is and how easy she made the first time home buying experience. This woman goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you are able to get the home you're looking for, even if that means taking time out of her days off to get back to you or look into something for you. She's really understanding of your situation because she's been through the process herself and has seen everything else people have been through from her previous clientele. The dedication this woman has for making things happen is absolutely unmatched by anyone else we've met and we're so happy we went with her for this journey. If you're also a vet, she has the knowhow to get the VA homeloan to work for you and for that I'm going to recommend her colleague Michelle Bell at CTC Financial to crunch numbers and make sure the process goes smoothly. Michelle is also another amazing person that takes her job to heart and will guarantee you're happy with the outcome. One more thing about Erica is that she actually listens to you which was refreshing and my fiancé was talking about getting a Ring Doorbell for the house when the process first started all those months ago. Erica took it upon herself to get one for us and leave it as a housewarming/wedding gift along with a few other goodies. I can't stress enough how great she was, I will definitely come back to her for all future purchases and utilize her for the selling process as well. Definitely not you're average realtor😁

I reached out to Erica when looking for a vacation home. Living in another state made it difficult to view properties in person. Erica was wonderful as she would record video tours for me. Something that other realtors I spoke with had no interest in doing, which I understand.
She worked hard in navigating the process specific to my situation and fought for me against some concerning roadblocks.
Ultimately, we closed a deal where I came out the clear winner in this sellers market thanks to her diligence and assistance!

Erica is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market in the Reno/Carson City/Dayton areas and out skirts. She is able to answer most questions on ordinances/real estate related laws or is very swift in getting back to her clients after researching things she is not sure of.

The best characteristic of Erica is her desire to make her clients happy and her genuine care about finding homes to love for her clients.
