About Erica

Erica has a unique perspective on Jacksonville as she relocated with her family from Los Angeles in 2005 and cannot imagine living anywhere else. She obtained her master's degree from the University of Southern California and immediately went to work there as a College Admission Counselor and Events Coordinator. For the five years prior to moving to Jacksonville, she worked as a fundraiser for the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library Foundation as a part of a team tasked to raise over $32 million.

As a transplant, Erica believes her own relocation experience to a new city plays a tremendous part when collaborating with clients as she understands both the difficulty and excitement of moving somewhere new.

Erica believes in giving back to her community and is involved with a number of different organizations. She is currently involved on the Board of the Jacksonville Jewish Federation and a steering committee member of the women’s division. She is an active member of both Congregation Ahavath Chesed and The Jacksonville Jewish Center and has previously been involved with the Jewish Community Alliance (JCA) and Jewish Family Community Services. Erica also volunteers in a number of capacities within the PTO of her children’s school. When she is not working or volunteering, she enjoys playing tennis on the Julington Creek Plantation tennis team. Her varied career and life experiences have laid the groundwork for working and communicating with a diverse group of people in Real Estate.

She is a strong believer in the importance of communication and is regularly in touch with her clients. Erica's strong work ethic and belief in always doing the right thing continue to drive her desire to help people find their dream homes. She views any real estate transaction as an employment contract and guarantees her clients' satisfaction. Erica's goal is to become her clients' "Realtor for Life".

Erica believes her professionalism and experience in previous careers make her stand out from the rest. As an agent who is an expert in this local area, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. It is not the same everywhere, so they need someone they can trust for up-to-date information.
