Erica Krzanowski

I come from a family that was in the housing industry for over 50 years. Growing up around new construction and remodeling projects my whole life meant getting my Real Estate License was a natural thing to do. I received my WI Real Estate Salesperson License in February of 2001. I earned my WI Real Estate Brokers license in 2009. I have always enjoyed helping people find a place to call home. In 2014 I took a position managing Rental Properties for the Real Estate office I was working for at the time. It was the perfect opportunity to help even more people find a place to call home. Not everyone wants to be a homeowner or is in the position to do so. In 2021 I opened my own Real Estate agency with my husband. We love what we do...helping people find a place to call home.

On a personal note: I am a mother to 2 grown men (Trevor & Nash)… where does the time go and grandma to 2 beautiful sassy granddaughters (Lexi & Huntyr). My husband Keith and I, when we aren't helping people find a home or remodeling one, we love spending time on his Harley or cruising in our classic car and enjoying time with family and friends. We love going on vacations as well but like everyone else...we don't get to take them nearly often enough.
