She was relentless in working with an uncooperative seller agent to bring the deal to a close, and it wouldn't have happened without her. Erica is the absolute BEST! Our sale and purchase of homes this past 5 months was hit with every conceivable and inconceivable issue that there could ever possibly be. However, Erica fought for us and our best interest every single time. She was always quick to respond and took all the time in the world to explain things to us. She would drop what she was doing in her own life/family to work around our special needs and schedules to get us into houses for viewings. We can't say enough wonderful things about Erica! We would and have recommended her to anyone that ask. She was originally referred to us by another friend, who said Erica was awesome and we would LOVE working with her, they were not wrong!
