About Erica

Erica Morgan is Broker in Charge and Owner at Casa Morgan Real Estate LLC. Originally from Bayamon, Puerto Rico, Erica moved to Massachusetts at age four and moved to North Carolina at the age 10 where she has spent the rest of her life. Erica graduated from Gardner Webb University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in Business in International Business. Later, she earned her REALTOR license and certifications as a Military Relocation Specialist (MRP ®), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR ®), Sellers Representative Specialist SRS®, Certified New Homes Sales Professional and Customer Service Certification.
With an extensive background in marketing and sales, as well as in the financial industry, Erica is the wife of a Retired Special Operations soldier and has been fortunate to live in the Fort Bragg area since 2005. After years working in the corporate world her passion for helping the military community and her entrepreneurial spirit led her into the financial industry. She transitioned into Real Estate after moving into a master planned community in Harnett County in 2014. She began at Anderson Creek Club as a Broker Assistant/Transaction Coordinator, before becoming a Broker selling and listing homes. Then becoming Broker-in-Charge / Director of Marketing at Anderson Creek Club where she oversaw the compliance of the firm; new construction listings; marketing and administrative staff; firm budget and reporting; and worked in concert with the Sales Manager to increase the efficiency of office operations to best support the agents and their clients. In 2019, Erica opened her own real estate brokerage firm, Casa Morgan Real Estate LLC.

Erica's reputation for excellence and customer-oriented service is well-known within the community. She is also a mother of four kids. When she's not at the office, you can find her with her family at the beach or watching movies and traveling the world!
