Erica O'Neill

A third-generation Washingtonian, Erica is licensed in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. Erica began her career in mortgage banking in 2001 as a loan processor for a mortgage broker. After 6 years on the mortgage banking side, Erica transitioned into the real estate settlement side of the home buying process. For 3 years Erica worked as a transaction coordinator for a local title company in Bethesda. 16 years later Erica moved to the sales side of the home buying process working as both a buyer and seller agent with the RLAH Brokerage in Potomac. Her background in mortgage banking and real estate settlements has allowed her to communicate effectively with all parties in the transaction to keep clients fully prepared throughout the entire real estate process.

Erica is active in her community of Woodmoor, Silver Spring, coordinating local food truck deliveries during the pandemic allowing neighbors to see each other as well as enjoy what local restaurants have to offer. Erica’s daughters attend the Saint Bernadette School where she is an active volunteer on the Home and School Association and various other activities.

Erica’s husband is active in the athletic community as a partner in the Mabry Academy. Her son is a Construction Science Major at Clemson University, and her two daughters attend the Saint Bernadette School.
