Erica is hands down the absolute best. Erica will drive the wheels off her vehicle trying to find the perfect home for you, she will even door knock looking for your perfect home. Erica knows the process inside and out. She knows her job so well she is a published author on several home buying books.
I have had Erica help me out on buying and selling several homes. I can not imaging having anyone else on my team.

Erica at Legacy Home made our home search and purchase amazing. We know we were not her only clients but she never made us feel like we were second fiddle to anyone. Erica was quick to respond, immediately set up viewings, and was ready to jump in to any part of the home buying process when we were. She never made us feel forced or that the sale was more important than our wants and needs. Erica is actually a previous high school teacher of mine and approached our home buying education the same way she approached my high school education, giving us all the time and resources we needed to understand and feel confident in our home search and buying process. Erica found out exactly what we wanted in a home and made us feel comfortable and provided us with so much knowledge in buying our first home! She even went door knocking in the dead of winter for us to help us find the perfect home in our desired location. We stay in touch and we get the luxury of dog sitting her sweet Bella every once in a while too!
