When buying a house from over a thousand miles away, you need a relator you can trust and one that will listen to what you want in a house and neighborhood. Erica is that person, from our first meeting to our closing, she listened and stood up for us when there were issues with the house we picked out. Erica’s knowledge, expertise and calm demeanor instantly made me feel at ease. We met for coffee to discuss what exactly we were looking for and we were immediately viewing properties. I could not recommend Erica enough. We found a house online we were very interested in that we knew would be competitive to get. Based on reviews here on Zillow we decided to call her.
