Erica Seelman

As a proud native of Cedar Rapids, Erica brings extensive knowledge of the local marketplace. Erica is a licensed Commercial REALTOR® in the state of Iowa and is a graduate of Xavier High School and the University of Northern Iowa. Additionally, she holds the LEED Green Associate accreditation. Before joining the GLD Team, Erica resided in Boston, Massachusetts where she was the New England regional showroom manager for Allsteel, an HNI operating company. As her clients will attest, Erica is continually dedicated to bringing a high level of professionalism, follow-through, and integrity to every client transaction. Erica also serves as a board member for Bridgehaven in Cedar Rapids. She and her husband, Brett, are members at All Saints in Cedar Rapids and have two little boys.
