Her sense of empathy for the emotion that goes into buying or selling a home could be the reason so many clients have become her personal friends and they refer their friends and family to her regularly. A Maryland native, Erica grew up in Howard County and continues to raise her family here. Erica married her high school sweetheart, Adrian, who is a career firefighter for Howard County. They have two beautiful children together.

Erica has an MBA and a master’s in accounting, as well as an undergraduate degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Go Retrievers! She is a member of the American Businesswomen’s Association, Vice President of Programs and Training for the Baltimore Chapter of the Internal Auditors Association and is a veteran of the United States Army. Erica loves to cook, dance, spend time with her family and friends and meet new people.
