Driven and hardworking would best describe both Erick and Julie King. As spouses, they have built a successful career in real estate. Erick and Julie first became licensed in Alabama and have since expanded into Florida, where they now reside. They have worked in every aspect of the industry to include, representing buyers, sellers, and investors in both the residential and commercial market. Erick and Julie have been married for 19 years and have three wonderful daughters. Athletic by nature, they both enjoy working out and can be found in the gym quite often. During the summer months, they can be found enjoying the open ocean scuba diving or spending time with their girls at the theme parks in Orlando riding all the roller coasters. Their true calling besides real estate is helping others, they spend much of their time volunteering with their church and are constantly looking for opportunities to give their time helping others. Prior to selling real estate, Erick had spent most of his life serving and protecting this country as a Military Police in the United States Air Force and protecting the local community as a Sheriff Deputy, and Julie had spent most of her life as a stay-at-home mom raising their daughters. Several years ago, both Erick and Julie felt that God was calling them both into another career field, specifically real estate, and decided at that time that real estate was where they were to be. Once licensed they both not only made a successful career out of real estate, they also have excelled. Erick and Julie were awarded by Keller Williams for being #3 internationally in Closed Units for 2016, awarded #5 internationally in Closed Units for 2018. They were also awarded Double Platinum in Sold Volume for 2016, 2017 and Platinum in 2018 and 2019. In 2017 they were recognized as being number 13 internationally in Closed Units. They were also featured in the Wall Street Journal as one of the Top Real Estate Agents in America for 2016, 2017,2018, 2019, and 2020. In the summer of 2019, they were recognized out of 1.4 million agents in the country as number 68 in the Wall Street Journal. Recently they were recognized as being ranked #17 in the country for 2020. Their work ethic is one of integrity, honesty, and challenging work. From the first phone call until the completion of each transaction Erick and Julie are not only extremely thorough but also show a level of professionalism not seen by many. Their passion for their career shows in everything they do.
