Originally from Lancaster County, Pa, Erik has always had a passion for real estate and helping people. That translated to getting his real estate license in June 2014. He first got his Maryland License and then Delaware 8 months later. Ever since then, he has enjoyed working with every single one of his clients in helping them achieve their goals of owning or selling a home.

In December 2018, he and his partners left their previous team to form the Bright Home Group of Keller Williams. They saw a need to better assist their clients as well as the agents helping them so they decided this would be the best move in doing so!

In my spare time, he is an avid golfer, and he enjoys taking in the warm summer sun on the beach. He also has his wonderful daughter, Lilly and they reside in Delmar, DE.
