About Erik
Erik is a true Pensacola native and has only lived in one other place throughout his life. In 2001, he and his wife, Angie, moved to Orlando to begin college and start their life together as a married couple. Erik entered the real estate industry in 2003 while attending the University of Central Florida. After a year of hands-on experience and completing his time at UCF, he joined Keller Williams Realty in East Orlando, where he began seriously building his business.
By partnering with a Team Leader early on, Erik quickly achieved top-tier performance in a short period of time. After returning to Pensacola in 2009, he made the decision to re-enter real estate in the summer of 2013. In January 2016, he rejoined Keller Williams Realty with his entire team. Since 2013, Erik has built a highly successful real estate team that consistently ranks among the Top 10 real estate teams in the Pensacola market.
The Hansen Team is structured to provide an elevated level of service through a collaborative, team-based model. The team includes a Buyer Team Manager (Brent Scott); Buyer Specialists (Renee Decker, Stephanie Oliver, and Jordan Simmons); a full-time Transaction Coordinator (Bethany Christian); Listing Team Manager (Angie Hansen); Marketing Director (Duel Christian); and an Inside Sales Agent (Courtney Zamudio). Erik, Angie, and their son Peyton attend Cokesbury United Methodist Church in Pensacola. Erik currently serves as the Golf Tournament Committee Chairman, where the team recently raised over $10,000 for three local charities. Angie serves on the board at Cokesbury Children’s Center, where Peyton attends preschool.
Erik is also a member of the Northeast Pensacola Sertoma Club, an organization that raises more than $50,000 annually for local charities through events such as HogFest and the Dragon Boat Festival. Giving back to the community is a core value for the Hansen family, and Erik is passionate about teaching Peyton the importance of faith, family, and service.
