Erik Melloy

Erik Melloy is a Broker/Owner with EXIT Realty Hawkeye, a brokerage with offices in Coralville & Grinnell, IA, specializing in all aspects of Residential and Commercial Real Estate. He is an Iowa Native, born in Dubuque, and moving to the Iowa City area in 2003, now residing in Coralville. He received his undergraduate degree from Loras College in Dubuque, IA, and shortly after received his master's degree from The University of Dubuque. He has lived in the Iowa City area for 15 years and has always been proud of its unique atmosphere and culture since moving here.
