Erik Mogelvang

Erik Mogelvang has ten solid years of experience exclusively in the commercial real estate field. Even though his concentration was with smaller-sized units, he has leased well over 1.8 million square feet of commercial space in NEW leases alone. This equates to nearly 100 new lease transactions per year. Erik also handled hundreds of lease RENEWAL transactions during his five years of property management experience. He has represented parties for more than 120 SALES transactions within the last 7 years of primarily smaller retail and industrial units. He has also has sold a number of freestanding industrial properties.

Erik graduated with academic honors from Pfeiffer University, studying business administration with a concentration in finance.

Erik’s inside knowledge of Naples and Bonita Springs, which spans greater than 30 years, is a source with which the Naples Daily News and the News Press and others have tapped into on several occasions.
