There is so much to be said about Erika. She is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with, she is hardworking ( goes above and beyond), kind, and so full of light and positivity.

When buying my home it was an uphill battle trying to find someone who would be the perfect fit…being a single mom I had to have someone who could work with my schedule, and Erika happened to fall into my lap at the most perfect time.

She was everything I could ask for in a realtor. She helped and guided me when buying my first home. She made the process so smooth and easy, so naturally when I decided to sell to upgrade to a bigger home to accommodate my growing family Erika was the natural option!

So, if you’re looking for someone to make the buying or selling process easy, fun, and enjoyable look no further. She is an absolute treasure and I will continue to work with her when the opportunity arises.

It was by chance that Erika became our realtor when we were looking for land and a house outside Knoxville Tn. We could not have been in better hands than working with her. A 100% true professional who went way out of her way on more than one occasion for us. If we could give her more than 5 stars we would. From the beginning we knew we were in good hands and immediately trusted her with her vast knowledge of things. She always responded quickly and offered all the information we needed. I have already recommended her to others I know looking and should we need her services again, we will reach out to her. Our dealings from start to finish on this purchase have been incredible. If you are thinking about buying or selling, you can't go wrong with Erika. We had been searching for that perfect home for 7 months. Erika was very patient and always avaiable, even at a moments notice if we wanted to see a place. We finally found our dream home and Erika made the process so simple and pain free. 5 stars aren't enough to show our appreciation for all her hard work!

Erika was absolutely amazing! She recently helped my family find our perfect home. She was flexible, hard working, patient and on top of it all. She took the time to show us every house that we asked, helped us to adjust out search multiple times. She did a fantastic job of marketing my house, communicating with me, offering her professional advice although she went along with my wishes, and she is completely honest.
