Erika sold our house in 1 day! We had three offers! While there isn’t much to say beyond that, she did a great job working with us on staging beforehand to get that “must have” type of buyer. Erika provided us with everything we needed to make our home an eye-popper. She handled contracting the photographer for the exterior drone video (and fly-through interior shots), put together a fabulous photo essay handout of our home and held an open house a day after the listing went live. Erika is very responsive to your questions and concerns. She really stays on top of your property and treats her clients with the utmost respect. We love Erika and the entire Keller-Williams family. They know their stuff and how to get it done!

How do you unexpectedly sell a house you’ve lived in for 44 years! How do you even start? Fortunately, I found my answer the day I met Erika Gwyn from Keller Williams! I‘d had no immediate plan to sell my house, but Covid changed the path of my life, as it did for many others. Our youngest grandchild needed our help when her school in NC closed down due to the Covid Pandemic. We immediately went to NC to help out. We quickly decided that we did not miss the cold and snowy MI weather and bought a new home in NC. But that left our home in MI unoccupied. Erika Gwyn of Keller Williams to the rescue! From our first meeting, Erika Gwyn was cheerful and encouraging as she helped us to develop a plan to get our house ready and sold. The work necessary to get our home ready and sold was monumental, and I was little help since I now live out of state. But Erika was patient, hardworking and innovative in getting the job done. Through several videoconferences, she helped me to separate 44 years of “stuff” and to decide what I wanted to keep and what to get rid of! She packed up all the stuff we wanted to keep so we could get it shipped to us. Then she polished up the house, advertised it, and set up open houses to get it sold. In just one weekend, Erika found a buyer that paid several thousand over our asking price, and then helped me close on the house. But the most important thing I want to stress is the emotional support she provided me as we did this together. What Erika did for me was way beyond just selling my house. She helped me to manage a very stressful situation. You can’t put a dollar amount on that. I highly recommend to anyone that needs help selling their home, contact Erika Gwyn. I guarantee you will not regret it.

My email says Diana, but my name is Lisa Kambers. What I have to say about Erika Gwyn? Erika has been there for me from the start of the devastating sale of my "home". I quote home because when my my husband unexpectedly and tragically died and I HAD to sell my now "house", Erika was very kind, patient, and compassionate with me. My house wasn't easy to sell. We were smokers, and that deterred a TON of prospective buyers away.

Erika WILL will put all of her heart into the sale of yout home until it sells, and for the right price! Erika is open and most importantly HONEST!!! I was a new widow and not only did she show me compassion and dignity, she helped me heal at the closing, which was very emotional for me because I had lived with my beloved husband and the two beautiful children we made there for 29 years!

Erika was very professional and responsive. We never had to wait on her, she always called or texted back in a timely manner. Buying a home can be stressful, but Erika made sure to handle all the details (home inspection, appraisal, home warranty info, etc.) so we did not have to worry about a thing! We ended up putting in 3 offers through this process and she kept us in the loop at all times. She was always on time for all of the showings we requested. Always was able to get us in within a day or two to view homes. She went above and beyond in MANY situations. Erika is an extremely dedicated employee. I would highly recommend Erika to anyone who is looking to buy, or sell a home.

Erika was awesome, she was very tolerant. This was or 4 home purchase, so we were very picky. She listened and helped us find what we wanted. I never felt pushed, or ignored. Erica is the best real estate agent on the planet Earth as far as I'm concerned. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was absolutely happy with my home purchase. I work a second shift at my job and she was always available to answer questions and she did research in a very thorough way on every property that I had considered. I have to say even when I felt it wasn't going to be possible she made it possible. I don't just consider her my real estate agent I consider her a friend. Erica has the experience and the knowledge that is not found too often in this world. With that being said I would recommend her to everybody including the people I care about most.
