Erika is an outstanding real estate agent. I moved out of my previous home at the end of July. I felt discouraged when a builder didn’t approved me for a new condo but Erika wasn’t. She said her goal was to find me a condo by the end of the year & that’s exactly what she did. I opened escrow mid-December and closed January 15th. Erika’s determination & positivity is what you need when looking for a home in this competitive market. She gets the job done. Thank you Erika !

Erika Jimenez has been a friend of mine for over ten years, we spent over two years working together in a dental clinic. Erika is a very hard worker for as long as I can remember. I chose to use her because she is some one I could trust, and have confidence if I should ever have questions (since this was our first home for our family ). As most know buying a house it an emotional roller coaster! Our first house she welcomed us with a warm heart and her excitement was above the roof! She said, “are you ready?” I thought ready for what? She then proceeded to say “ I brought you a small gift chocolates for the sweet times and sour patches for the sour times which we will go through “ I loved that she did that because our journey was a little rocky! Erika you rock, you always tried to have the answers before I could ask the questions! Thank you for you awesome service and for being a great friend and family! Your awesome!!!!

Thank you for helping us with our short sale Erika! This process was not easy but she had so much patience along the process, ambition to help us get approved, and perseverance every step of the way. If she didn’t know an answer she would make sure to get more information on it and get back to you with the correct response. Something we loved because we felt like she cared about our concerns.
