Erin Barry is an experienced, award-winning REALTOR® with a successful history of assisting both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs since 2003. Erin is also Director and Past President of an organization investigating coastal policies for land use. Smart Coast California, a 501(c)3 non-profit created to act as private property advocates along the California coast, moderating between coastal communities and the California Coastal Commission.

She enjoys living on the coast with her surfer husband and beach dogs, and thrives on giving back to the community on all levels. She serves and supports the Long Beach Cancer League and LA/Orange Counties Miracle 4 Kids.
