Erin was the best agent a first time homeowner could ask for. She was always on top of things and always professional and there for questions. She was also amazing at answering questions and making sure it was about my experience and not about the sale. There were several times where I was second guessing the sale and she ALWAYS made sure I had options and when I did end up with the keys to my NEW HOUSE at closing day she was there and got me the best present!

There were a couple rough spots during the sale when the appraisal went awry and the terms changed a little bit and she was so on top of that even my lender was wowed!

If you are looking to buy a house make sure you reach out to her as you will not have a better person on your side! Here's a photo of us at the closing for my NEW HOUSE and my new view! Thanks Erin! Oh... By the way my gift was a telescope :D

Erin was so great to work with! She was always responsive to my emails or texts whether it was setting up a viewing or something I didn’t understand. She provided me with all the information I needed and always made sure I completed or the seller completed things on time so we could close on time. I couldn’t have imagined going through the process without her help! She is a knowledgeable and personable and will make sure you find your next home!
