My husband and I worked with Erin for about 5 months during this crazy housing market. We couldn’t have found a better realtor. She was personable, reliable, encouraging, honest, and down to earth. As first time home-buyers, Erin was an incredible wealth of information for us, especially because neither of us are from Louisiana. She answered all of our questions, and worked for us on numerous offers before we found the right house. We felt confident with her as our realtor, and we wouldn’t have had the “winning bid” on our house without her talent. We will be contacting her again once we are ready to sell. Thank you Erin!

Great experience. Erin helped me purchase 2 houses and she was fantastic. Very very responsive to all my inquiries, provided all information I needed in a timely fashion, and had extensive knowledge of the area and provided tons of resources which made my life a lot easier. This isn't the first time that Erin has helped me find a new home, and if I ever move again, she'll be the real estate agent I'll choose again. Erin is a joy to work with. She's always on top of everything, she responds to my many questions quickly, and she makes the entire process of home buying simple. We had a particular type of property in mind and in the beginning of our search came across Erin. If your looking for an agent I can't recommend her enough!

She worked hard to ensure we found what we were looking for, she showed us a lot of properties and was also very informative about all the surrounding areas and waterways.

She did all this while always being super personable and so down to earth, which made working with her such a great experience. We truly don't feel we would have closed on this property had we not had her in our corner!

If your wanting an agent to go the extra mile you can't go wrong with Erin, she's a hard working person that very obviously takes pride in her job and has her clients best interests at heart.

We met Erin King while we were remodeling my moms house. She had passed away and we were trying to get her house ready to put up for sale. The house was out on 3 Rivers Island and we knew it would be a certain person that would want to buy out on an island that was only accessible by boat or golf cart. Erin met us during the worst part of the remodel and she really gave us some great ideas and pointers on what to do to make it appealing even though she knew we were going to try and sell on our own. That was in February. After 3 fall throughs with doing it on our own, we contacted Erin to step in. She made it happen!!!! After months of working on our own, she sold it in right away and we closed in December of the same year we put it up! We are so thankful for how quickly she sold it and how flawless the closing went. I’m so glad we turned to her and got her help! It was painful enough that this was my moms last home and we were emotionally connected, but to have the sale fall through 3 times just hurt. We knew the right person was out there and with Erin King's help we found him!! I can’t say enough about how awesome she was and how wonderful and encouraging she is! I would welcome her and her beautiful family over anytime to our new home! No need to look for any other agent, she’s the best!!

After not having any luck with another realtor I thankfully found Erin. As soon as she relisted my home I immediately started receiving multiple offers. She advertised my home so beautifully. Erin is a true professional in her field. She knows the real state business inside and out. She constantly amazed me with how she stayed several steps ahead of everyone else and how she demanded excellence from everyone we worked with (other realtors, inspectors, contractors, etc). She was very practical and honest and easy to work with. She made sure the whole process went smoothly and she went above and beyond every step of the way. Selling your home can be a very emotional process and Erin truly cared about me and my property and always had my best interest at heart. If you’re looking to buy or sell, you need Erin in your corner representing you! I am so thankful I did!!

If you are looking for a realtor in the Baton Rouge area, look no further. Erin is kind, courteous, and professional. I had turned down several realtors before I met her, and knew after a conversation with her that she is knowledgeable and genuine. Erin went above and beyond to help me find a property. I was in a tough spot after losing my lease because of Covid19. Once I explained the situation to her she didn't stop helping me search for a new location until i found one and she was incredibly responsive. She even had a friend take us out in his boat so we could look at the waterways near the properties I was interested in. She also is willing to think out of the box and is very creative. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends and I hope to work with her again in the future. Thank you Erin.
