Erin is a second-generation Realtor (her mother, Carol Linehan, has been a top producing agent in NH and MA for over 38 years!). She has been helping buyers and sellers navigate all facets of residential real estate since 2014.
She loves the ever-changing world of real estate, and she enjoys helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership. Erin treats every client as if it were her own home purchase. After running a successful, award winning photography and invitation studio, she decided to make the leap into real estate. It was not a huge leap as she grew up helping her mom look through the MLS books, which were printed only once a week (and yes, she is dating herself here)! Now you can view homes right from your smart phone and sign contracts from your couch! Times have changed and they are more efficient than ever, but service, experience, and personal relationships are still paramount. Erin wants her clients to know unequivocally, that she always has their best interests at heart.
She is a fierce negotiator, outgoing, fun, experienced, and honest. When she is not negotiating offers or behind the camera, you will find her on the seacoast of NH & ME renovating something or hanging out with her husband Tony and two golden retrievers, Corlie and Sadie.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Keene State College and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Boston University.
