Working with the Schwarber team at Comey & Shepherd was a consistently positive experience. What impressed my husband and I the most was how unified and professional the agents work with one another - willing to step in to assist our agent when dealing with schedule conflicts!

Speaking of our agent, Erin Laurito, she is THE consummate professional: Incredibly energetic, knowledgeable, positive, honest and easy to work with! We developed a wonderful connection with her from the start! It was icing on the cake that she has real estate law experience! I would highly recommend Erin as an agent because all of these collaborative qualities that make her the best at what she does!!!

We reached out to Erin for selling our home and buying a new home based on a professional referral. From the first phone conversation, it was evident Erin was professional and prompt with responding to our requests. At our first meeting, Erin took the time to get to know our desires for a new home. She took our suggestions and requests and provided new home listings specifically for our interests and preferred locations. With each showing, Erin gave us time to determine if the home was right for us. We never felt rushed. With today's market you have to act quick to schedule a showing for a home you would like to see, and Erin did just that. When the time came and we found our new home, Erin was quick to make an offer for us at our request, only hours after the home went up for sale. As far as selling our home, Erin was just as professional and supportive. She offered suggestions on staging home and ideas for facilitating a quick sell of our home. We really felt that she had our best interest at heart, in not only buying a home but selling our home as well. Erin made the buying and selling process easier than I have experienced before. We will definitely use her again in the future and have already recommended her to family members as well with their home purchase/sell. As an added bonus, Erin is very personable and has a great sense of humor. 😊

We couldn't ask for a better realtor to help guide us than Erin Laurito!

As first time home buyers, we needed guidance on the home buying process and Erin was more than happy to deliver. Her consistently straight-forward advice throughout the process was much appreciated and it kept us pointed in the right direction. It was nice to know she had our back and kept our house preferences in mind. She was always available to answer questions and it was MUCH appreciated how she made time for us whenever necessary to keep things moving along.

In the end, we were able to find a home that fit our needs perfectly. We couldn't be happier! Thanks Erin for the 110% effort you put into helping us find a home! You've certainly set the bar for realtors everywhere. :)

Erin is the absolute best person! Not only does she help create a custom search that’s easy to use based on your criteria, she is super responsive, fun, and friendly. I used Erin from start to finish during my first home purchase and was so relieved she made the process as straight forward and easy as possible! Great to talk to, answers all questions, and did I mention hilarious? Using her for any home sale or purchase is a great choice!

Erin has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I’m glad I had her helping me every step of the way in buying my first home. She was very quick to answer any texts or phone calls. She was so sweet and very helpful. If I didn’t understand something, she would explain it in a way that I could understand. If she didn’t know something, she did her research and got back with me. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I do not intend to be moving anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely call Erin and work with her again!
