Erin Ledford

Erin Ledford is a Charleston Trident Association of Realtors Realtor of Distinction. She works with sellers, buyers and investors. Erin is a military veteran, having retired in 2014 after serving honorably in the United States Coast Guard for 21 years. She is a graduate of the United States Coast Guard Academy (BS in Management), The Citadel- The Military College of South Carolina (MBA) and Florida Coastal School of Law (JD). She practiced law for many years but her passion was always in real estate and through her personal real estate purchases, sales and investments (in several states including South Carolina), she knew she wanted to be a full-time, full-service Realtor when she retired from the Coast Guard. Erin is passionate about her work as a Realtor and loves sharing her knowledge of the Charleston area with her clients! When she is not assisting clients, she is out exploring the best beaches, restaurants, parks and all the Charleston area has to offer with her husband, Donovan, and their two sons, Vaughn and Liam.
