I have used Erin for all 3 of my properties here in St. Augustine. I wouldn't use any other realtor. The last one was quite the challenge. She stayed with us, answering all my questions and dealing with all the emotions that came with it. She went above and beyond to help us with that situation and sold it in record time. She is very professional, honest, and detail orientated. I would and do highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase and/or sell. Hands down the best!!!!!!

Erin was referred to us by the agent selling our home. I normally don’t write reviews, negative or positive, but felt I needed to for Erin. She was absolutely amazing. She was not only patient, but truly listened to our needs. She sent us reminders for every step of the process. She spent an entire day with me looking at homes , constantly sent new options when we weren’t together, and even FaceTimed homes with us when we were unavailable to see the home. We came to trust her so much that we bought our new home without even seeing it in person. I never thought that would happen, but I’m happy it did. We love our new home, and we wouldn’t have found it without her. “Above and beyond” isn’t even a strong enough saying to explain her work ethic. Let’s not even get in to the fact that this app happen during covid which makes everything more difficult , or so you would think... not with Erin. The entire transaction was perfect. We thought for sure we would have to live in a hotel for days ,if not weeks, in between selling our home and buying a new one. This wasn’t the case, Erin along with her team (which I highly recommend you use her finance guy and title company) made it so we moved in the same day we moved out.
Last, in the past I have had to make severe changes to the paperwork on the day of signing. I usually catch fees that shouldn’t be there, mistakes that should’ve been caught, etc. with Erin we were in and out of closing in 20 minutes, if that. No mistakes. No random fees. It couldn’t have gone better. If you are moving to the St Augustine, St. John’s, Jacksonville area and you don’t speak to Erin you are doing yourself a disservice. Thank you again, Erin.

When my wife and I were considering to sell our house, we contacted Erin to discuss the preparation steps in order to put the house on the market and the timing to list the house. Erin not only shared her opinion, she came to the table with data showing trends where the market was going. Erin gave solid advice on what to do before listing and it turns out she hit the nail on the head. Because of her experience, the insight she provided showed favorable results as we listed our home. Erin proactively ran a marketing strategy to give our property the right exposure and created positive attention to attract potential buyers. We put the property on the market on a Monday night, by Wednesday we had a solid contract! By Friday of that same week, we had three contracts all because of the way Erin communicated and marketed the property. We sold the house very quick and Erin was there for us through the entire process! I highly recommend Erin because she knows the market and knows how to get the job done!

Erin, thank you so much for a non-stressful process and always having our backs.
