Erin Mondie

In 2015 Erin began her career in real estate at Big Sky Brokers, by way of her Mother/Mentor Maureen Oelkers (Broker/Owner). Their combined 30+ years of experience allowed her to build her skill set exponentially & resulted in a dynamic career partnership between the two of them. In January of 2021 Erin jumped at the opportunity to become a Broker/Co-Owner at Big Sky Brokers and venture out on her own while her partner Mo tip-toed into retirement.

Growing up in Helena she developed a deep appreciation for the state of Montana. After completing her bachelor’s in communication studies and Human Relationships at U of M, she spent 10 years traveling the world as well as exploring the US by living and working in Florida, North Carolina, and California. She was fortunate enough to spend 12 years in customer service, leadership development and management. Her personal and professional experiences as well as her passion for people have wholeheartedly shaped her style of leadership as a Broker. Erin takes pride in her ability to guide clients through the process of home buying and selling with integrity, proficiency & predictability.
